The Management Trainee program is of two types :-
Summer Internship
Focused at providing real-time business scenario to management students during their two month summer project. The students get an opportunity to interact with heads of functions across locations. Glenmark's summer internship program gives an opportunity to work at both international and domestic levels. In the past, interns have been involved in projects of organizational importance.
Management Trainee Program
Glenmark’s MT program is designed for individuals who join us from the best Management Institute’s across the country. The management trainee programs revolve around giving a holistic overview of the company, industry and business in general. The trainees are made to go through product training, sales projects, cross-functional inputs, international assignments, out-bound training etc.
