    Target /Indication GBR 600 is a monoclonal antibody against the human von Willebrand Factor. This product is being developed as an injectible anti-platelet agent for the treatment of acute coronary syndrome.

        Despite its excellent efficacy, GBR 600 has a favourable safety profile compared to products in this class, especially relating to risk of bleeding. GBR 600 also has a large therapeutic window.
        GBR 600 is being developed for the prevention of thrombosis in patients at risk such as cerebral and cardiac ischemia and acute coronary syndrome.
        GBR 600 has received approval for undertaking Phase I trials in Europe.
